V. Fedeli made motion made to approve the August 2006 General Membership Meeting minutes. Second by A. Flicker. - Approved.

Elections: E. Destefano conducted the elections for the PSEA House of Delegates. Several nominations were taken from the floor.

New Business: Elections for the PSEA House of Delegates took place. Since there were fewer nominations than ballot positions all nominees were elected.

The following members were elected to represent the LMEA at the House of Delegates in 2006-07:

Professional: D. Pendino, A. Flicker, C. SantaMaria, M. Stettner, R. Loue, G. Rosazza, J. Gaines, P. Peterson, E. DeStefano, L. Pratt, and A. Avellino.

Support Professional: D. Mandarino, E. Leber, V. Fedeli, D. Williams, C. Rowland, C. Whiting, L. McDevitt, and L. Giaquinto.

D. Mandarino made motion to adjourn, second by J. Gaines. The meeting was adjourned at 4:11PM.
