LMEA GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES April 25, 2005

President D. Pendino called the meeting to order at 2:30 pm.

Voting for the TA began at 2:30 PM and ended at 6:15 PM.

Tallying of the votes indicated the majority of the voting members voted "Yes" to accept the TA.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 PM.
