NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

The Association and District have reached a tentative agreement in principle. Currently, contract language is being written. On April 18, CNC will review the tentative agreement. There will be a Special General Membership meeting to present the tentative agreement to the membership on Tuesday, April 19 at 4:15PM in the LMHS auditorium. A ratification meeting will be held on Monday, April 25 in the LMHS auditorium. You may stop in anytime between 4:15 and 6:15 to vote. Voting will be done by secret ballot. Please bring your bag or a photo ID for identification purposes to both meetings.

LMEA Unit / Officers Meetings

Throughout the year, unit meetings will be held prior to officers meetings at all buildings. May's meeting will be held Wednesday, May 4, 3:10PM at Welsh Valley Middle School . Meetings for other buildings will be announced monthly in the AppleCore and posted in your building. Unit meetings give you the chance to make suggestions and voice concerns with your LMEA officers
