Tuition Reimbursement
Applications for tuition reimbursement can be made following existing contractual procedures after January 1 for the time period beginning July 1 of the coming fiscal year. Reimbursement will only be available for the approaching fiscal year and new application will be required for subsequent academic years.

LMEA Online Classified Ads
If you are interested in placing a classified ad on the LMEA web site, please contact Todd Marrone at Welsh Valley. Be sure to check out www.lmeaonline.org for classified ads and other important information.

Purchase of Service
If you have years of service that can be purchased to increase your years of service, apply now. Payment is not required until you retire. It is deducted from your monthly check in very small increments. Actuarially you life expectancy is more than 100 years. The time is credited upon receipt of your application not payment. So, don’t delay. Apply now. Call PSERS for details.

LMEA Unit / Officers Meetings
Throughout the year, unit meetings will be held prior to officer’s meetings at all buildings. March’s meeting will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at 3:00 at Bala Cynwyd. Meetings for other buildings will be announced monthly in the AppleCore and posted in your building. Unit meetings give you the chance to make suggestions and voice concerns with your LMEA officers.
